Our family name history products hold a lead time of approx 3-5 working days for postage to Ireland (please see out website T+C’s for estimates outside of Ireland. As most of our other  products are custom made family crest plaques and jewellery, lead time can take 10-14 working days. Please contact is if you need us to try prioritise your Coat of Arms plaques or jewellery for an event such as an upcoming wedding and so on.

If non-custom made items are returned, as sold, we are happy to refund or exchange within 14 days. Custom made products cannot be returned unless received damaged or there was an error on the part of Intrade Solutions (owners of familyhistories.ie). All refunds will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment.
